About the Job
The role requires someone who is adept at both thinking strategically about difficult business problems and using cutting edge data analytics techniques. You have a proven track record of translating complex quantitative data into actionable insights, managing projects on a day-to-day basis, have communication skills to engage and influence both technical and non-technical audience all while having a strong passion for our brand.
You will oversee all the tactics used to develop and cultivate long-term customer relationships and drive short term ROI. (long-term customer engagement and profitability)-
- Work with wholesales team to deliver performance marketing plans that deliver against financial growth plans and within budget. Drive traffic to Amazon & key wholesale partners and drive traffic to Dockers on their sites through their owned advertising platforms (AMS, AMG, etc.)- Improve SEO results and bolster omnichannel marketing by implementing a unified strategy across all channels- Developing and executing short
- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales to meet our financial targets across all channels (on-site, search, display, affiliates, shopping, etc.)- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance.- Enhance current eCommerce marketing performance, analytics, and insights reporting- Project-manage analytics requests and priorities, including setting milestones, managing expectations and meeting deadlines- Partnering to explore and set up new advertising tactics, channels, and business models (e.g., social commerce) to drive future growth and optimize profitability- Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels while keep on optimizing ROA and CPA- Delivering performance reports to leadership and departments you partner to with,
ensuring buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholders- Monitoring and optimizing campaigns, programs and demand generation budget follow up- Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey- Developing customer audiences and knowing their buying preferences- Knowing the company’s brand and products inside and outAbout You- 3+ years’ experience in an ecommerce performance marketing role working on full channel strategy (SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Affiliate, Shopping), budget management skills, and working with cross-functional stakeholders towards a shared goal.- Experience within eCommerce essential- Advanced Excel knowledge- Advanced User of Web Analytic Tools (E.g., Google Analytics,
Adobe Omniture)- Skills in search platforms including Google AdWords, Bing Ads, SA360- Understanding of social media advertising across major platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok)- Keyword Research skills- Deep understanding of the eCommerce fashion business, its seasonality and product cycle- Competent in Data Visualization tools (E.g., Tableau, Power BI). Understanding of Back Office Tools / CMS’s (E.g., SAP Hybris, Salesforce, etc.)/ Shopify
