For an important multinational company in the retail industry is looking for a Regional Collection Development Manager.
Reporting to the Regional President, your main responsibilities will be:
- Regional trend analysis & competition analysis.
- Lead and create the Regional collection.
- Delivers collections on time per the global calendar.
- Develop campaigns for local brands.
- Accountable to delivery the business KPIs defined during budget process.
- Supports business development for new markets, collaborations, or new product opportunities.
- Helps develop strategies to ensure stability of prices and sourcing partners.
- Monitors and manages product performance, sales, margins and sell-through results.
Required:
- Bachelor of Business, MBA, Bachelor of Industrial Design with business experience, or equivalent education.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar position.
- Minimum 5 years managing a team or department.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish.
- Available to travel.
