**About the team**
The team is responsible for bringing our customers closer to becoming **intelligent**,
sustainable enterprises via the **SAP Business Technology Platform**.
As SAP supports its customers' journey to the cloud, BTP Customer Success meets customers where they are - and helps them address the complexity that modern IT landscapes can present.
**What you’ll do**:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Business Technology Platform
Location: Santiago, Chile (Hybrid: Remote and on-site when needed)
Duration: Minimum of 6 months, renewable as long as intern is a student (no limit)
**In this role, you’ll**:
- Provide support across the organization: Account and Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Software License and Cloud Subscription Revenue
- Provide business support, including preparation of presentation, spreadsheets and communications
- Prepare reports using Excel and business intelligence dashboards
- Provide program overviews and KPIs via creation of dashboards and presentations.
- Support multiple projects and activities at the same time
**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Must be a current student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
- Preferably studying Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering
- Excellent Excel skills (Macros, PivotTables, Formulas, Visualization)
- English Level - Intermediate / High
- Detail oriented
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments, groups
- Able to thrive in a fast pace entrepreneurial and evolving environment
- Critical business judgment and time management skills
- Strong in teamwork and ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Proactive and able to identify and solve problems
- Customer service skills
- Team player
- Quality driven with excellent attention to detail
- Good command of MS Office (Excel-Word and Outlook)
