Zipde is seeking a Jr/Mid Software Product Manager for a leading software development company specializing in delivering innovative software solutions to clients across various industries.
As a Software Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of product development, collaborating closely with multiple clients to define product strategy and requirements. You will play a pivotal role in transforming client visions into actionable product plans by documenting features, creating roadmaps, and managing the development process.
**Responsibilities**:
- Product Strategy and Requirements:
- Work directly with clients to understand their business objectives and product vision.
- Collaborate with clients to define clear and comprehensive product strategies and requirements.
- Document features and user stories, translating client needs into actionable development tasks.
- Product Roadmap and Planning:
- Create and manage a dynamic and strategic product roadmap, aligning it with client expectations and business goals.
- Prioritize features and development activities based on customer feedback and business priorities.
- Design and Prototyping:
- Create wireframes and mockups for product features, ensuring a user-friendly and intuitive design.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to bring product ideas to life through prototyping and iterative design.
- Agile Development Collaboration:
- Work closely with development teams to prioritize sprint activities and ensure timely feature delivery.
- Use Agile methodologies to optimize development processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance and Delivery:
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure high standards of software quality for all developed features.
- Take ownership of the product delivery process, ensuring timely and successful feature releases.
- Client Communication and Updates:
- Provide clear and regular updates to clients on project progress, challenges, and successes.
- Proactively manage client expectations and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Data and Analysis:
- Work with clients and developers to set up product analytics
- Analyze user feedback and data to make data-driven product decisions.
- Team Leadership and Mentoring:
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, guiding them towards shared product objectives.
- Mentor team members, fostering their growth and professional development.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience as a Software Product Manager, demonstrating successful product launches and product development from scratch.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product development best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client and team collaboration.
- Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Experience in market research and analysis is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
- Proficient with: Jira, Confluence, Slack,
Office 365, Click-up, Figma, Balsamiq.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
