This position for the Enablement Community & Communication Lead will support the Leader in this function to develop the strategy for how Global Enablement creates meaningful learning communities for each of our core selling roles: Sales Development, Account Executive, Solutions and their Leaders.
This role also is responsible for building and executing the communication and engagement strategy for each role, assisting in the shift from program-based communications and engagement to a more learner-centred approach.
The Communication Lead will also support in operationalizing how feedback is obtained, leverages and reported on in a programmatic way within Global Enablement and wider distribution.
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Own the communications and engagement plan for each selling role and learner community
- Develop the communication and engagement strategy for each community
- Write/create/produce memorable and engaging communications for our internal, Slack-based learner communities
- Partner with communication leads across Global Enablement, Employee Success and Talent Experience to establish and implement the learner community’s communications strategy
- Ensure consistent implementation of our enablement brand and style guidelines
- Execute an engagement strategy by developing an engaging concept for community events/calls incl. production, logistics and reporting
- Support in developing KPI dashboard to track engagement metrics and leverage insights to inform content
- Support in approach to consolidating learning feedback, managing focus groups, survey build and communications
**TARGET SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- 3+ years experience in communications,
public relations, or marketing with a proven track of outcomes
- 2+ years in Sales/ Sales Enablement / Sales Operations roles with solid knowledge of the needs and experience of salespeople and their leaders
- Experience in Human Capital / Change Management with a proven track record of executing Change Management Plans
- Experience in Program / Project Management experience is highly desired
- Self-starter who can work independently and seek out answers, thriving in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
- Strong executive presence and experience in dealing with Senior Leadership as well as stakeholder management is a must
- Comfortable using data for storytelling and to market back effectiveness
- Understanding of CRM solutions and features a strong advantage
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English is a requirement, additional European language proficiency is a very strong advantage
