**About this magnific opportunity!**:
We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, based in Chile, to join us to project manage assigned large Operator 4G & 5G customer projects! As a Project Manager you ensure that project goals are met, to assure customer’s expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relationship is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.
**What you will do**:
- You will establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the vital resources and plans and supervise all activities.
- Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, and critical issues.
- Handle customer and partner engagement:
grow customer relationships to build confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
- Ensure financial system monitoring.
- Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting.
- Simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas.
**What you will bring**:
- Significant Project Management experience leading customer facing projects, within Telecoms or with Operator’s.
- Experience in 4G and 5G core networks and data centers
- Contract and 3rd pp suppliers management know-how.
- Financial knowledge and Analysis Skills.
- Proficiency with the English Language a must.
- A certification in Project Management is a plus.
