The Global Field Enablement Operations team is a new function within our Sales Enablement organization. As an operations lead, you will work closely with executive leadership and their management teams to help them run their businesses more effectively. The focus will be on optimization of processes, adoption of tools and automation, and data strategy. You will partner cross-functionally with our Global Enablement functions to provide our field facing teams data needed to make strategic recommendations to senior sales leaders. Additionally, you will manage the Enablement request intake process to assess and demonstrate overall demand for enablement, globally. Being comfortable with ambiguity is a must - as our sales organization continues to scale, we are defining many processes for the first time.

Primary Responsibilities
- Establish and optimize operating processes to effectively manage the organization by simultaneously partnering closely across multiple functions. Use cross-functional knowledge to understand issues, trends, and perspectives that may influence partners and work.
- Identify process inefficiencies, implement solutions, and track progress around fiscal year organization changes, with the goal of implementing internal tools for automation
- Understand end to end business processes, flow of data within and between processes, and recommend improvements
- Work closely with Global Enablement Strategy to understand and deliver the data and impact of our programs to our Field Enablement teams
- Drive new tools, processes, or system launches and drive adoption through collaboration with leadership
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of related experience.
- Excellent Program/project management skills. Ability to effectively prioritize programs and projects that deliver maximum value and impact.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, managing input while owning and driving the development timeline forward
- A general desire to make things better, easier, and more efficient. Ability to see a gap, a path to resolution, and the ability to rally a team to deliver.
- Strong communication skills - convey a clear point of view, interface with leadership,
and communicate clearly across a global team.
- Strong attention to detail a must
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines
- Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly, to new demands; a high sense of urgency
- Strong proficiency G-suite; Salesforce a plus
- Have an extremely high bar for quality, and you hold those around you to that standard
- Hungry to learn and not be afraid of using technology, always thinking about how we can scale and innovate within our team and Field Enablement organization
Preferred
- Experience with Google (Sheets, Calendar, Slides, Gmail)
- Experience with Quip, Slack
