Our Santiago office has an opportunity for a **Marketing Coordinator, **who will a ssist in the delivery of the marketing and communications plans that support Americas business strategy.
Manage processes and systems to ensure smooth delivery of external marketing communications in a manner that reflects GHD's values and purpose.
- Provides program management support to Marketing and Communications Lead, Water for market-specific North American marketing plans.
- Support delivery of marketing campaigns programs across North America
- Coordinate content development and proofread content for variety of channels in collaboration with marketing communications lead (web, social, collateral, video, thought leadership, webinars)
- Track and monitor data to help analyze the success of our campaigns and programs
- Collaborate with the North America marketing team and Centers of Excellence across the globe to develop clear project briefs; respond to questions that arise during campaign implementation.
- Support development of project brief and ensure all communication adheres to project brief and brand standards.
**Skills, Competencies and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field of study
- 5+ years of marketing and communications experience
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written - an open communication style
- Works effectively with people and builds good working relationships
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills with ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Comes forward with solutions to challenges/issues
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- **Key words**: Marketing project management, marketing coordinator,
marketing specialist
- Written and verbal communication skills in English are essential to this position.
