**Your Role and Responsibilities**
El Representante de relaciones con el Business Partner (BPRR) es el responsable de las relaciones para los IBM Business Partners, así como las relaciones con el cliente interno, y actúa como único punto de contacto en todos los procesos de la gestión (oportunidad de efectivo). El BPRR,
que asume todo el proceso de la información, gestiona las relaciones con el Business Partner y los requisitos en áreas tales como la resolución de problemas, la coordinación de actividades y transacciones complejas y el asesoramiento de métodos de gestión del negocio y de mejora de las relaciones. El BPRR desempeña un rol de liderazgo del proyecto en todas las fases de la gestión para mejorar globalmente la satisfacción con los departamentos de administración y facturación, entiende los procesos internos del Business Partner, gestiona la consecución de los objetivos de las cuentas por cobrar y proporciona soporte continuado de ventas.

Works on professional projects;work is often reviewed for developmental purposes. Understand the standard mission of the professional group and vision in own area of competence. May directly influence people in own project. Position may require coordination of activities of less experienced or less knowledgeable team members.
