Summary
As a Regional Marketing Specialist working for Taylor Morrison you will assist in coordination and execution of assigned digital marketing activities in an efficient and effective manner by providing analytical, organizational and coordination support. This is a regional position supporting multiple divisions.
Job Details
We trust that as a Marketing Specialist you will: (responsibilities)
- Maintain divisional and community websites via Sitecore, including all content updates, the development of new community sites, posting of photography, videos, links, etc.
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of monthly,
quarterly and annual calendars for digital marketing programs including social media and eblasts for communities and the divisions ensuring all are created, approved and deployed as scheduled.
- Support suite of digital home shopping tools including interactive site maps, home reservation system, self-guided tours and Venture virtual home buying platform.
- Assist with project management playing a key role in the execution of our marketing programs, website, social and online strategies.
- Maintain and audit all third party aggregator websites.
- Review and coordinate monthly website audits in coordination with Marketing Manager
- Develop compelling and effective online ad and eblast copy.
- Coordinate with Marketing Manager to track success of programs and create regular reports tracking projects and data
- Copywriting, editing and proofreading of general marketing materials.
- Maintain and organize project files, spreadsheets and other project resources as required. Responsible for maintaining various departmental reports.
- Assist with the production,
planning and staffing of special projects and events, Grand Openings, etc. as assigned.
- Assist with other marketing and sales projects and other duties as assigned.

About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field or 1-2 years of marketing experience with social media experience as a plus
- You are proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as have savvy computer skills
- You are a strong in communication skills both oral and written as well as strong in organization skills
- You are customer service oriented and believe customer is number one priority
- You understand the need to be flexible and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines
FLSA Status: Exempt
Will have responsibilities such as:
- Office or non-manual work, which is directly related to management or general business operations
- Act as a primary component of which involves the exercise of independent judgment and discretion about matters of significance

- Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device

- Ability to operate a motor vehicle if applicable

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
- The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of training program may override required education and/or experience requirement.
