**The Role**

The CS Business Operations focuses on the successful creation, deployment and execution of sales supporting processes and tools while providing meaningful insights to alert on business risks.

This position represents a critical role in LAC-South MU supporting +30% of MU revenue and a critical Franchise Pillar like Demand Management is where you will have to interlock with key demand generators stakeholders.

All Sales Operations Business Partners are expected to have a solid understanding of all operations processes, tools, and services. From an annual perspective, your focus will be most on Sales Planning, Demand Management and Forecasting, followed by Deal Execution,





Performance Management and Go-to-Market.

**Key Responsibilities & Tasks**
**Trusted Advisor**
- Ability to transform Sales Operations into a service-driven business influencing with business insights while securing the highest standards of Operational excellence and execution through Franchise for Success (F4S) practices and tools.
- Deliver as a trusted advisor and partner to the business with respective credibility and influence.
- Assess the business integrating all F4S pillars and provide insights in a proactive approach.
- Understand core requirements and enable/influence decision-making
**Process & Tools**
- Drive operational Excellence and business success across Franchise methodology to optimize MU governance and bring Land, Adopt, Consume and Expand to next level.
- Challenge the status quo in analyzing existing processes, innovating for improvements, and defining new processes or tools that better support the business.






- Being the Deal Execution Champion for Sales Operations within the LAC-South MU, high level of knowledge in related tools is required, as well as the ability to supporting the process for: deal qualification, evaluate deal progression until closing.
- Processes include but are not limited to: Go-to-Market, Sales Planning, Demand Management, Deal Execution, Forecasting, Performance Management across South MU.
**Projects & Programs**
- Identify, lead, and coordinate execution of projects designed to address and improve operational bottlenecks, gaps, or deficiencies. - Take charge and motivate project contributors to jointly execute priority programs within scope and against target.
- Manage expectations proactively and transparently for strong project/program execution and completion






- Leverage extended knowledge and networks to drive higher impact.
- Position yourself as content/process specialist for related hands-on sales support including but not limited to: Reference Management, Digital Boardroom, Deal Support

- Embrace and foster a one team mentality: Breaking down silos and proactively identifying joint solutions between different teams within operations and COO office.
- Demonstrate pride for operational excellence and respect for efforts under way, to create a positive and open-minded path forward for sales support and operational execution

**Enablement & Knowledge Management**






- Take leading roles to rollout and implement strategy, solution, innovation and other business topics to various audiences.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize the (internal or external) learning experience and consumption of related content/messages through relevant or innovative tactics and tools
- Execute and coordinate end-to-end training or enablement sessions, capturing learnings, ensuring reusability, structuring content, and coaching others on how to use/manage knowledge
**Competencies & Skills**
- Leadership & communications skills: Ability to influence, inspire and embrace the overall operations vision. Capable of creating strong alignment
- Understand the business and market context: growth drivers,





sales strategy & resources.
**Experience & Educational Requirements**
- 5 years + of professional working experience; Experience working within operations related fields is a plus.
- English: Fluent (Able to fluently understand, communicate verbally and in writing)
- University degree
- Advanced Excel and Power point skills functionality are a plus.
