The main objective is to maximize the productivity of the assigned airports, taking into account the quality of the service and its correct implementation with the different stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Research and flight schedule collection
- Generate planning models that represent reality and allow seeking efficiencies
- Generate the budget and rolling forecast of personnel and GSE required for the assigned airports
- Plan the provisioning requirement and coordinate its execution with the different areas involved
- Generate the shift plan, coordinate its assignment with the station managers and control its execution
- Generate analysis for commercial proposals
- Analyze and control operational data: Flights,
hours worked, productivity and other related
Qualifications and Competencies
- Industrial Engineering or related field
- 0 to 2 years of experience
- Advanced or Intermediate on English, fluent Spanish. Portuguese is a plus
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Holistic problem analysis skills
- Advanced on Excel and Power point
- Knowledge in power BI or data analysis platforms
- Aviation industry experience or working with different regions is a plus
