We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and recruiting new opportunities for business growth by establishing relationships and partnerships. Your expertise in hunting for new beneficial relationships, relationship management, and industry knowledge will be critical in ensuring success.
Responsibilities will include cold and warm outreach to find relevant business opportunities, establishing the initial relationship and growing the relationship for 6+ months.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Head Hunter or in a similar role, preferably within the tech industry.
- Demonstrated success in identifying, engaging, and securing areas for future business growth.
- Deep understanding of business partnership development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in fluent English, with the ability to establish rapport and build strong relationships.
- Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness throughout the recruitment process.
- Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms, including online job boards, social media networks, and professional databases.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and delivering high-quality partnerships.
Pay: From $1,500,000 per month
