**Focus Areas**
**Primary Responsibilities**
We seek an individual who can lead project structuring and delivery through strategic thinking, consulting skills, and understanding of ENGIE Impact’s offering, and can also contribute to the development of key relationships with clients and other relevant stakeholders in the market. As a Sustainability Solutions Manager, you will work alongside ENGIE Impact’s team of global and regional expert consultants. Your work may cover a variety of topics and solutions from energy procurement to energy efficiency,
from zero-carbon mobility and transportation solutions to exciting innovation pilot programs across priority industries. Your responsibilities will likely include:
**Project Delivery & Client Impact**:
- Understand clients’ future sustainability client needs and develop proactive recommendations
- Drive focused transformational engagements and lead teams for successful project delivery
- Deliver impeccable outcomes on technical, qualitative, quantitative, and financial analysis
- Create innovative consulting, analytics, tools, impactful executive presentations, sustainability-as-a-service solutions, and implementation plans to deliver impact and accelerate clients’ transformations
**Cutting-Edge Strategy & Market Development**:
- Assist leadership in developing sector agnostic go-to-market strategies
- Cultivate long-term, trusted, major client relationships with key clients in the region in conjunction with regional and global Senior Managers, Directors and Managing Directors
- Work with ENGIE Impact’s regional and global network to create impactful thought leadership on pressing sustainability issues in target industries
- Support alliances with centers of excellence and relevant industry associations to strengthen our position in the market
**Team Growth and Leadership**:
- Participate in strategic decision and assist the team to recruit, hire, manage, develop, and retain Analysts, Consultants, and Technical Experts
- Contribute to the development of a passionate,
collaborative, values-driven and enjoyable culture of professional excellence and purpose
**Qualifications**:**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 4+ years in a combination of top tier management or strategy consultancies, and/or specialist boutique consultancies (energy, sustainability), or comparable industry, government related or NGO background
- Excellent academic record, an MBA or relevant graduate degree from a top tier university preferred
- Experience leading/managing high performing delivery teams is a must
- Solid consulting skillset and capacity to coach others around collaborative teaming, financial analysis, issue-based problem solving, slide writing, communication, and facilitation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as autonomously under tight deadlines
- Capacity to develop strategic relationships with a variety of senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated results operationalizing business transformation strategies (e.g. innovation, technology development, commercialization, project management)
- Preferred experience in sustainability and exposure to Mining and Natural Resources, Heavy Industries and Light Manufacturing (including but not limited to Food & Beverages)
- Experience in team & culture development, and recruitment preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about decarbonization, comfortable around uncertainty
- Full professional fluency (spoken and written) in English and Spanish
