**Minimum Requirements**:
- Technical program or engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company
- Experience leading cross functional teams
- Solid understanding of the SaaS business model and its product development lifecycle
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, technical, and non-technical team members
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship building skills conducive to driving consensus; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment
- Strong project management, analysis, and communication skills
- Ability to successfully partner with all functions across the entire company
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
**Preferred Requirements**:
- Familiar with Service Ownership and DevOps standard methodologies
- Experience handling SaaS Cloud Application releases
- Salesforce Platform and products experience
- Familiarity with compliance and security standards, policies, and risk management
- Public cloud infrastructure knowledge
- Comfortable bending between the tactical and strategic
- Ability to handle/balance priorities without loss of efficiency
