Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a** Product Analyst - IT Lead **as part of OneMD Business Technology organization. This position can sit in Colombia (Bogotá), Chile (Santiago), Argentina (Buenos Aires) or Brazil (São Paulo or São José dos Campos), and may require up to potential 10% Domestic and International travel.

**Responsibilities**
- Deep understanding of the product ensuring the squad’s backlog priorities are aligned with business needs
- Understand user needs and translate them into detailed requirements,





for Omnichannel Data Integration Squad and/or Omnichannel Product Team Squads
- Build customer journeys from discovery, analyzing and ideation sessions for product and features roadmap, enhancements proposals
- Communicate business and product vision to developers and testers
- Influence and suggest PO/PM new ideas for a healthy backlog and product - features roadmap
- Support and lead the product technical vision along with engineering teams
- Track metrics and build reports to measure progress
- Lead the resolution of dependencies with other squads’, working closely with squad PO, peer PO’s and the Product Manager
- Work closely with Business users for the adoption of new Global/Regional tools/solutions (Awareness sessions, tips, trainings,





change plans with each department etc.)
- Identify and align solutions on Design Thinking approach as required
- Work with limited direction to scope and manage projects to support BU needs.
- Behave as Technical Product Owner, SME, functional integrator as needed on Digital and Data Integration Squad technologies in use and to be used

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required
- A minimum of 6 years of IT experience is required
- Experience with Multichannel and/or Omnichannel Business Processes transformation and Digital Customer Journeys mapping
- Experience of data integration, modelling and relational databases
- Experience on CRM key processes and systems (e.g. Salesforce, etc.)






- Demonstrated experience working with customer segmentation, clustering or similar
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Ability to influence, negotiate and communicate with both technical and non-technical partners, external customers and internal stakeholders, with all hierarchical levels
- Advance Spanish and English
- Portuguese is a plus

**Preferred**
- Experience on Digital Customer Insights and Customer Data Integrations processes, value added and systems (e.g Treasure Data, SalesForce, MS Dynamics 365 CI, Informática etc)
- Understanding of e-commerce; models, conversion strategies, funnel management and performance tracking
- Experiences and understanding of Digital Marketing KPIs, tools (GA, etc) and business value generation






- Experience on Marketing Automation, Lead Conversion Management solutions and processes (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Eloqua etc.)
- Understanding and experience of business-to-customer identity as a service solutions, single sign on, customer identity access management (CIAM) solution integration
- Understanding and experience on authentication protocols including OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)
- Stays up to date with current trends, best practices and new technologies
