**The Work You’ll Do**:
Reporting to the Director, Global Accounting, the Senior Accountant/Treasury Analyst is primarily responsible for assistance with monthly and ad hoc financial reporting as well as the assessment of technical accounting matters. In addition, this position will plan and perform analysis of global cash management activities. This position will interact closely with members of the finance team, independent auditors and legal departments to ensure accurate reporting and full compliance with all external standards. As necessary, this position will be expected to assist in special projects and process improvements.

**Key Position Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly and ad hoc financial reporting including preparation of monthly reporting to the Company’s private equity investors and lenders
- Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met






- Interface with other departments to verify transaction report data and issues
- Research technical accounting matters and assist in the preparation of technical accounting whitepapers
- Prepare reports on the credit needs of the organization, as well as on receipt and disbursement activity
- Develop and maintain debt compliance schedules and reporting
- Monitor global bank accounts and coordinate necessary intercompany transactions
- Assist with external audits
- Assist in ad hoc projects as required

**What We Need From You**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of progressive professional experience with public accounting and/or software industry experience preferred
- Experience with technical accounting, research and reporting
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP






- Strong Excel skills
- Demonstrated problem solving ability (identify problems and develop / implement solutions)
