The accounting HUB - Revenue Analyst will be responsible for work performed directly in the revenue operations along with account reconciliation as part of the Month End Closing Process and some other specific accounting activities related to the stream.
This individual will be part of the Revenue and AR team and will report directly to the Revenue Coordinator. The role will assist in the implementation and documentation of new processes and system updates, and will work in fast-paced environment while providing a high level of costumer service to both internal and external customers.
**What you'll do**:
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records on daily basis
Generating invoices and account statements
Other receivables activities such as invoices/credit notes check, recharges, dunning preparation
Interaction with customers regarding Accounts Receivable financial documents
Responding to inquiries from business / customers and resolve issues
Reconciliation and analyses of AR account balances during month end process
Assist with AR sub-ledger close process and other Month End activities (Bad debt provision, Unbilled Revenue, etc.)
Assist with ad-hoc analysis,
reporting and special projects
Participates in system upgrades, testing and implementations of new functions or software
Strictly follow the internal control policies and procedures
External/Internal audit assistance
Perform other duties as assigned
**You'll be great for this role if**:
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum of 3 + years' experience required in accounts receivable
Experience in working in Shared Service Center environment is preferred
Ability to work well with others in a team environment with strong teamwork attitude, as well as independently. Ability to follow instructions.
Demonstrate effective customer service skills with a stakeholder focus to build and strengthen relationships with business partners,
and ability to resolve customer inquiries (internal and external), on a priority basis
Good organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks/initiatives, and meet established deadlines
Good personal computer skills i.e. MS Office, Google Docs
Experience and knowledge of SAP
Advanced command of English both written and spoken
