We are seeking a benefits professional with broad expertise in corporate benefits with specialties in US health care and Canadian benefit programs and who is motivated by employee centered design and innovation.
This individual contributor role will partner with incredible colleagues across our team and strategic partners to help us continue to evolve our benefit offerings.
**Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate, design and implement US and Canada benefit programs
- Lead ongoing vendor partnerships with various benefit programs. This includes evaluating benefit program effectiveness, understanding the employee experience, and providing adjustments and/or recommendations to evolve the benefit programs
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of healthcare market to be able to partner with our health plan leads on health plan strategy
- Demonstrates broad benefits knowledge and strategies to be able to to collaborate on various strategic benefits projects and priorities to support the wellbeing of our employees and their families
- Build positive relationships with internal business partners by understanding organizational priorities
- Independently navigate a matrixed environment to drive benefits initiatives in support those of organizational priorities
- Use financial data,
vendor analysis and internal data analytics to elegantly and simply tell the story of the state of our benefits programs and derive useful insights to inform and present recommended direction to leaders
- Review and analyze the benefits market to determine employee needs, trends, regulations and practices, and develops competitive programs and services to meet company goals
- Identify gaps, and spearhead improvements proactively regarding our benefit programs
- Ensure compliance with country-specific requirements such as COBRA, ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA and other regional, country, federal, state, and local regulatory requirements

- ESBPs
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Proven success leading teams in a high growth, large company (20+% YoY growth).
- 8-10+ years of experience in benefits and health care
- A successful track record of working effectively in a highly matrixed and fast growing organization
- Successful management and accountability of a benefits budget
- Bachelor's degree in human resources/related field or relevant experience
- Experience assessing, selecting, and managing outstanding partners and vendors
