Description
Lead the Serialization+ go to market, insights, rollout and time to value. Share best practices and learnings across other regions and influence the prioritization of enhancements to further the development of tracking solutions.
- Own Serialization+ (S+) go to market decisions and rollout plan (if needed), working with supply chain, data science teams, and consultants
- Lead development and execution of the S+ budget as well as further investments in autonomous tracking devices.
- Ownership of insight generation from the data for business execution.
- Partner with Americas business stakeholders to align objectives, build a pipeline for value creation,
and develop proposed actions to use insights to deliver on key business outcomes
- Actively seeking innovation opportunities with customers and look for new technologies / solutions that could bring value or efficiencies within our customers and / or our network.
- Advise LatAm leadership and key stakeholders on the optimal deployment approach to maximize ROI
- Lead the business transformation and adoption of new tools / dashboards or changes on business as usual processes, working with the regional transformation office, digital, and change management teams
- Ensure new business models developed are feasible and executable, and lead the portfolio of actions with customers, commercial teams, revenue management, and asset productivity teams
- Develop strategies of value proposition to help commercial / retail teams to leverage data and statistical insights for monetization
- Collaborate with global digital and other regions to ensure necessary hypotheses are tested and ensure key metrics needed to run the business with digital data sets are understood and develop a globally consistent measurement and success metrics
- Run and understand statictal methodologies to feed the business with insights
- Actively looking for value and new ways of work to ensure S+ success.
- Collaborate with global digital, other regions, transformation finance to develop a globally consistent measurement mechanism and success metrics
- Ensure key milestones and metrics are met and advise / drive any course-corrections needed
- Lead a team (1 FTE today); likely to expand with the expansion of serialization program
Preferred Education
Bachelors - Business Administration / Management, Bachelors - Civil Engineering, Bachelors - Industrial Engineering with Masters in Business Administration / Management
Preferred Level of Work Experience
