**What You'll Do**: Collect, analyze, and interpret People data to identify trends and insights. Develop and maintain HR metrics and KPIs to measure workforce performance. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to provide data-driven recommendations. Create reports and dashboards to visualize HR data and trends. Participate in the design and implementation of HR initiatives based on data findings. Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and strategies through data insights.

**Requisitos**:
**Requirements/ If you are/have**: Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.





Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, LookerStudio, R, Python). Strong communication skills to convey data findings to non-technical stakeholders. An understanding of HR practices and the ability to translate data into HR strategies.
