**Job Title**: Customer Service Field Engineer
**FIELD SERVICE ENGiNEER - CHILE**
Field Service Engineers support the technical needs of Philips customers, providing maintenance and installation to HealthTech products & services, maximizing customer satisfaction. Strong customer focus, technical capabilities (installation, product malfunctions, predictive maintenance, upgrades among others).
**RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Technical support on customers related to service medical equipment.
- Understand customer needs, identify root cause and is part of the solution.
- Strong team collaboration between others FSE and stakeholders.
- Keep all administrative tasks on time, and prepare technical reports if needed.
- Monitor and manage assigned installed base.
- Available for overtime, if needed.
**REQUIRIMENTS**
- Based in Santiago, Chile. Travel availability is a must.
- Electrical / Electronic Engineer or Technical (min 4yrs), Biomedical Engineer or similar areas.
- Min 2yrs experience on customer service related to medical equipment:
- Intermediate English skills (reading, speaking, and listening)
- B class driver license desirable.
