Grafton Group is looking for an Accounting Analyst for an important client. The purpose of this position is to perform professional accounting work, including the compilation, consolidation and analysis of accounting and financial data.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Delivery of routine cashflow forecasting, short and long term.
- Record operational financial and tax transactions, ensuring that they have appropriate supports and approvals.
- Support in the preparation of tax proof, collect antecedents and propose recognition in result if applicable.
- Ensure compliance with closure the schedules (deadlines) reported by Head Office (local and regional).
- Review, approval and control of all expense claims physically.
- Support in procedures related to accounting, tax and financial compliance in the corresponding local entities.
- Support budget / reforecasting processes, including setting targets, communicating assumptions, coordinating, preparation and challenging submissions.
- Supports internal and external audit requirements.
- Prepare financial statements and data and analytics reports and ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with reporting requirements.
**Requisitos**:
**Requirements & Skill**:
- Degree qualified (accounting/finance or similar)
- CA/CPA preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years professional work experience gained in a global/multi-national company
- Experience in account payables processes, general accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes, tax knowledge.
- Planning, scheduling and ability to effectively prioritise and deal with competing priorities.
- Forward thinking and able to challenge the status quo.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to develop rapport and build strong relationships to influence outcomes.
- Ability to effectively coach and train others.
- English advanced
