Your role at Clorox:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a participative, team-based environment. This role will focus on implementing Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME) processes and principles, leading day-to-day engineering and technical teams to ensure the best technical solutions for our business.

Key responsibilities include leading the Engineering and Maintenance Team, mentoring team members,





and overseeing their development needs. Additionally, you will manage administrative budgets and provide day-to-day manufacturing support to enhance plant operational performance.

In this role, you will:
- Manage capital and expense budgets, ensuring projects are driven according to scope, schedule, cost, and early management requirements.- Be responsible for environmental compliance, technical documentation (drawings, reports, calculations, etc.), fixed asset management, facility and property infrastructure, site security, fire protection, risk management, governing permits, and long-term master site planning.- Review and lead all aspects of the design and implementation of all capital and manufacturing improvement projects,





ensuring safety requirements are met during construction and contractor activities.- Implement the Plant Maintenance Program for facilities and production lines, developing and leading the Maintenance Team.- Participate in the Plant Leadership Team, leveraging resources for success across all facility areas.- Lead and advise the work of outside engineering consultants and construction contractors during project design and implementation.

What we look for:
- Over 7 years of experience in similar positions within consumer goods companies, ideally multinationals.-
- Strong project management skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Demonstrated leadership through influence at all levels and ability to work effectively in a participative,





team-based environment.- Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent working experience).- Fluent in English.- Advanced skills in MS Office.
