**Job Purpose**

Provides consultation to mines on operational and engineering related issues and continuous improvement, manages special projects, supports product development process through requirements definition, and supports sales/marketing initiatives.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provides Mining Consulting services related to the Intellimine® product suite
- Provides system assessment, engineering analysis, performance analysis, and benchmarking services
- Provides change management services for new system deployments
- Provides training to new Mine Services Engineers
- Solves customer operational problems
- Studies and applies “Lean” and Continuous Improvement concepts to customer operations
- Creates standard templates and supports knowledge base for services
- Assists Sales team for sales of consulting services






- Assists with development of customer success of stories for marketing and sales

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mining
- 5 years of experience in mining engineering, either in operations or in consulting
- Planning experience is desirable.
- Intermediate to Advance English proficiency
- Knowledge and experience in continuous improvement methodologies
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
