Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Creative Strategist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to transform content into visually appealing graphics and videos. You will work closely with our team to enhance personal branding and develop engaging creative content across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Transformation: Take existing content and social media copy to create visually compelling graphics and designs. Conceptualize and execute design ideas with minimal supervision.
- Social Media Content Creation:
Develop visually appealing and engaging content for social media platforms. Understand the latest design trends and best practices for social media graphics and videos.
- Video Production and Editing: Create and edit video content that aligns with the brand's identity. Handle light video editing and motion design tasks to produce high-quality video content.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to understand project goals and requirements. Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the overall creative strategy.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media content creation.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and design trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Experience in motion design and animation.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
- Experience in developing creative strategies for personal branding.
