Jr. Quality Assurance Specialist (Netquest)

We're now looking for a Jr. Quality Assurance Specialist to join our QA team. In this role you will ensure proper functioning of our surveys, according to programming, and understanding of its questions before making them available to our users.
Job Description
As a QA Specialist you will have the following key accountabilities:
- Detecting software problems in different versions (web, desktop, mobile) before surveys go into production.
- Making sure all data registration is recorded as expected.
- Extracting and programming data files (Excel, SPSS).
- Testing of our web-based, mobile, and desktop surveys.
- Finding bugs and reporting them to the scripting team.
- Confirming comprehensive and logical understanding of what is being inquired on our surveys.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Sociology, or related fields.
- SPSS software knowledge.
- Data-working knowledge (Desirable).
- Careful and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Prioritizing and time management skills.
- Excel knowledge.
