We are looking for a TbM Learning & Development Analyst to join our Continuous Improvement team. As a Learning & Development Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, coordinating and delivering learning programs and initiatives that support the professional growth and development of our office-based and frontliners employees within: Inland Execution, Depots, Maintenance, FinOps, LCL and Continuous Improvement. You will also be involved in evaluating the impact and effectiveness of our learning solutions and providing feedback and recommendations for improvement. This position requires strong stakeholder management skills, assessing and coordinating learning solutions for various job profiles and levels and being present where things happen, such as in our site’s operations and offices.







Key responsibilities

• Analyze employee and stakeholder learning needs and preferences using various methods and tools, and design functional onboarding programs for new joiners or team members.

• Develop engaging and effective learning solutions using various formats and methodologies, and coordinate learning activities requested by leaders or SMEs.

• Deliver and facilitate learning programs using various platforms and channels, and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of learning solutions using various metrics and indicators.

• Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement, own the TbM Capability Framework, and support change management initiatives and TbM project implementation.

We are looking for







• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, human resources, or a related field, with proven experience in logistics and transportation, and proven experience in learning and development or a similar function.

• Familiarity with coaching and instructional design methodologies, project management and lean principles, and proficiency in using various learning technologies and software.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with influencing and leading without authority skills, and self-management and ownership capabilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality, and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-oriented and results-driven attitude.







• Comfortable working in a multicultural, ever-changing environment, with a creative and growth mindset, and a passion for learning and development, with strong team player and collaborator skills.
