Job Description
This application refers to a Project Management Talent Pool from which we will be redirecting candidates in to Assistant, Professional and Senior Professional opened roles within our company.
Qualifications
- We will be looking at resumes from 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
- Engineering or Architecture degree.
- Proven track record as a Lead Project Manager, a specialist in performance measurement and analysis and delivering successful solutions for clients.
- PMI certification is a plus.
- Commercial project experience, ideally with warehouse building, retail store, shopping center.
- Consultant experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, to conduct meetings, create reports, and do presentations, etc.
