Your role at Clorox :
The LATAM Supply Chain Project Manager provides supply chain expertise and leadership by leading the right and timely execution of projects within Supply Chain.
Must lead different types of projects, such as Innovation, Cost Savings, supply assurance, etc.
An SC PM creates and maintains strong linkages to the Supply Chain organization and cross-functional partners to ensure understanding of and engagement in the Project execution and its alignment with the BU Strategy.
In this role, you will :
Leads cross functional, single country initiatives and / or Regional low to medium complexity projects. Is at the same time the Leader and Project Manager of these type of projects and therefore, is accountable for delivery the project on time, by leading and coordinating the activities of the project team and influencing the leadership to make timely decision.
Actively participates in the development of Cost Savings, process improvements, or any other type of ideas aligned with the Business Unit strategy that helps to deliver business goals.
Acts of the primary voice of all SC functions within a broader project team. Facilitates communication and coordination of SC functional activities outside of team meetings.
Facilitates SC functional project reviews and communication plans to impacted supply chain sites and the greater Supply Chain organization

What we look for :
Years and Type of Experience :
- Min 5 years in supply chain functions or project management experience.
- Experience with supply planning / production / inventory control systems / project management.
- Cross functional team management (innovation environments, Marketing and R&D; interaction, etc.).
- Experience with desktop & ERP applications.
- Financial acumen.
Skills and Abilities :
- Leadership and ability to effectively influence.
- Strong communication, written and verbal.
- Analytical and decision-making oriented.
- Planning and organization.
- Adaptability / Flexibility
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain.
- Teamwork skills.
Education Level / Degree :
BS in Industrial,
Chemical or Mechanical Engineering / Business or Industrial Administration or equivalent working experience.
